Globe at Home breaks records with 2.0M active monthly users
Globe At Home is the telecommunication giant’s mobile application for broadband users. Through its iOS and Android versions, more than 2 million monthly active users access data consumption, manage account information, pay bills, register to promos, and more.
Stratpoint agile teams handled multiple aspects of the Globe at Home app — from solution architecture and design; API, CMS, Android, and iOS development; quality assurance; to testing.
Upon launch, Globe subscribers were able to experience the convenience immediately. Frequent product releases were deployed in order to continuously improve the customer experience.
With the successful launch of the self-service app, Globe has reduced incoming hotline and email requests and its corresponding costs. They have elevated the level of customer service to subscribers, securing brand loyalty and attracting new customers.
