Paco launched Stratpoint in 2005 when he acquired and rebranded Sequel Solutions. He is a technopreneur involved in ventures like Narra Venture Capital and PhilDev Foundation. He completed his PhD in Electrical Engineering at Stanford, where he was the co-inventor of the Grating Light Valve, one of Stanford’s top IP revenue generators. He is also a board member of Sunlife and Maya Bank.

MR’s experience spans 25 years in software development, consulting, and outsourcing. She serves on the boards of the Philippine Software Industry Association, Philippine Science High School System, and Adamson University’s Industry Advisory Board for Computer Science. She was educated at the University of the Philippines and the Macquarie University in Australia.

As head of delivery, Cary brings 20 years of enterprise IT delivery experience to every Stratpoint project. He has successfully completed SAP and Infor ERP implementations, among dozens of major digital transformation projects. Cary has served in various technological roles in the enterprise IT industry, applying his expertise in process frameworks such as PMBOK 5, CMMi3, and Lean and Green Belt Six Sigma. He currently leads the Agile practice of Stratpoint.

May has nearly 30 years of experience in architecting and implementing IT business solutions for local and global customers, and managing delivery teams. As the Project Management Office Head, she supports the delivery teams and Stratpoint management in reviewing project and company performance. She is also Stratpoint’s Data Protection Officer.

Jacqui has been helping organizations keep their employees engaged and proactive over the past 10 years. She has enabled both startups and multinational companies to leverage talent to achieve business goals — at the same time cultivating an environment that inspires employees to performa and grow with the company.

Paolo is a Solutions Architect with close to a decade in developing apps, systems, and teams with a focus on Mobile Experience in varied industries, from Games and Weather to Horse Handicapping and Banking. He is currently leading and building the capabilities in Mobile Development (iOS, Android, and Cross Platform) as well Low – Code Platforms (Outsystems) to deliver high-quality and performant systems using the latest technologies. At present, he is also the head of the Tech Council, a group comprised of the company’s leading technical experts, in charting the course for innovation, technical capability building, and tools evaluation and development standards.

Annie is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in audit, business advisory, compliance, accounting, and general finance with local and multinational firms, where she also led successful implementations of various ERP systems and compliance initiatives. Annie ensures that Stratpoint runs a transparent, compliant, and sustainable business.

As the head of Quality Assurance, Lyndon is an agent of QA acceleration and a proven leader of Software Quality Assurance teams with more than 15 years of expertise in developing cost-effective quality strategies that ensure clients’ success. He collaborates with customers in achieving their overall business objectives by generating quality frameworks and setting them into their end-to-end business processes. Lyndon has also effectively helped in expanding team members’ capabilities through his software quality trainings.
