First, I make sure I fully understand what the clients want to achieve. I process these goals into usable information to come up with concepts and wireframes. When I am fully aligned with my client’s goals, I can formulate my designs more quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

By creating designs that are easy to use, easy to understand, and functional, we can attract more users, more customers, and that translates into higher revenues. 

How do you contribute to building or maintaining a good working relationship with clients?

Collaboration and communication are key to having a good relationship with our clients. We listen to their ideas and challenges so we can come up with a user-friendly solution.

How do you ensure that you always deliver value to your colleagues and clients?

Do not assume. Ask questions if you don’t know. There’s no harm in asking questions rather than doing what you don’t know. I can also work fast and efficiently if I know what needs to be done.
