These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Analytics

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt out of having your activity on the Service made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
B. AI Chatbox (Stratty)
What is the Chatbox for?
The Assistant is designed to answer questions about Stratpoint's services, technical expertise, illustrative client work, and how to connect with the right member of our team. It is a support and information tool — it is not intended to collect applications, process transactions, provide legal or professional advice, or make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect. If the inquiry needs a human response (e.g., a formal proposal, contract discussion, or sensitive request), the Assistant will direct the user to a member of our team.
Types of Data Collected
When you use the Assistant, we may collect:
- Chat content: the messages you type into the Assistant, and the responses it generates.
- Contact details you choose to share: such as your name, email address, company, or phone number, if you provide these so we can follow up with you.
- Technical and usage data: such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, and general session metadata, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics infrastructure.
You are not required to create an account to use the Assistant. Please do not enter passwords, government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information into the chat — the Assistant is not designed to handle these categories of data.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate relevant responses to your questions using the underlying AI model.
- To follow up with you regarding your request to be connected with a member of the Stratpoint team.
- To monitor, maintain, and improve the security, reliability, and quality of the Assistant.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful basis for this processing is your consent (given by continuing to use the Assistant after this Notice is presented) and, where you contact us to discuss our services, the steps necessary to respond to your inquiry.
How the Assistant Works
The Assistant uses a third-party large language model (LLM), described below, to interpret your questions and generate responses. This means:
- Responses are generated automatically based on patterns in the model, the information you provide in the chat, and reference material we've supplied about Stratpoint's services and expertise — they are not reviewed by a person before being shown to you.
- The Assistant may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, including about Stratpoint's own services. Treat its responses as a helpful starting point rather than a final or authoritative answer.
- The Assistant does not make decisions that affect your legal rights or access to services — it only provides information and directs you to the right contact for anything further.
- If you ask, or if it becomes clear a human would serve you better, the Assistant will tell you how to reach a member of our team directly.
Third-Party Service Providers
The Assistant is built using the following third-party providers, each of which processes data on Stratpoint's behalf and under Stratpoint's instructions:
| Provider | Role | What It Processes |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Application hosting | Hosts the website and Assistant application; may process technical/connection data (e.g., IP address, request metadata) as part of standard infrastructure operation. |
| Supabase | Database | Stores chat records and related session data so conversations can function and, where applicable, be reviewed for quality and security purposes. |
| Anthropic | AI language model (Claude) | Processes the text you enter and Stratpoint-provided reference content to generate the Assistant's responses, via Anthropic's API. |
| Resend | Mailer | Sends email alerts to the Stratpoint team on inquiries through the chatbot. |
Under our commercial agreement with Anthropic, conversation data submitted through Anthropic's API is not used to train Anthropic's underlying models. We do not permit any of the providers above to use your data for their own independent purposes outside of providing their service to Stratpoint.
Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, and Resend are based outside the Philippines, so using the Assistant involves transferring your data internationally (Singapore and the US). We take steps to ensure a comparable level of protection applies to that transfer, consistent with the Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain chat records for 1 year, after which they are deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required to resolve an ongoing inquiry, comply with a legal obligation, or exercise or defend a legal claim. Contact details you provide to be connected with our team are retained in accordance with Stratpoint's Data Retention Schedule for sales and client inquiries.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: the third-party providers listed in Section 5, to operate the Assistant; the Stratpoint team member best placed to respond to your inquiry, where you've asked to be connected; and regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law.
Your Rights
Consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable NPC issuances, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal data is processed, including through this Notice.
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Object to, or request correction, blocking, or erasure of, your personal data.
- Withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Data portability, where technically feasible.
- Claim damages for inaccurate, unlawful, or unauthorized use of your personal data.
- Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at sti-dpo@stratpoint.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Keeping Your Information Secure
We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect information processed through our website and the Assistant, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who within Stratpoint and our service providers can view your data. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you not to share sensitive or confidential information through the website or chat.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
