Stella Bootcamp
The Stella Program is a specialized leadership track dedicated to empowering and advancing our high-potential female leaders. It focuses on strategic thinking, impactful communication, team development, influential leadership, and values-driven guidance, preparing participants for expanded leadership roles.
Stella Rising
Stella Rising
The Stella Rising Mentorship Program is the capstone experience of the Manager Bootcamp: Star Path, designed to accelerate the career trajectory of its high-potential female leaders. This program evolves the simple 30/60/90-day check-ins from Batch 1 into a strategic, 6-month leadership accelerator that directly supports Stratpoint's Women Empowerment initiative.

WEPs Corporate Action Lab Cohort
Our CEO, MR Dela Cruz, joined the inaugural WEPs Corporate Action Lab on February 23, standing with leaders turning gender equality commitments into action. Through UN Women’s Empowerment Principles, Stratpoint continues building an inclusive workplace. We’re proud our #FastForwardHER initiatives were recognized, affirming our support for women in tech.

WEPs Corporate Action Lab Cohort
Our WEPs Corporate Action Lab cohort met in person on December 5 with our CEO, MR Dela Cruz, joining as a champion for gender equality. The session was a chance to reconnect, share insights, and review the cohort’s 2025 progress. A mini-workshop helped identify challenges and opportunities to advance both individual and organizational goals.

Stratpoint joined UN Women Asia and fellow delegates at the 2025 WEPs Forum on November 18–19 in Kuala Lumpur to promote gender equality in business. Inspiring talks, workshops, and co-creation sessions highlighted opportunities and challenges in empowering women today.
