February 2026, Mandaluyong, Philippines — Stratpoint is pleased to announce a leadership transition within its technology organization. Pao Alcabao has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective February 2026.
Zayd Tolentino is stepping down from his role as CTO this February. During his tenure, Zayd played a key role in strengthening Stratpoint’s technology governance and building a solid foundation for scale and innovation. Stratpoint thanks him for his leadership and contributions and looks forward to future opportunities for collaboration within its broader professional network.

Succeeding him is Pao Alcabao, whose journey with Stratpoint began in 2011 as an intern. Over the years, Pao has held key technical and leadership roles, gaining deep experience in both startup application development and large-scale enterprise architecture. His progression is a testament to Stratpoint’s culture of long-term growth, excellence, and talent development.
Among high-growth startups, he led the native mobile transformations and built real-time, TV-integrated gaming systems for digital platforms. He also developed core SDKs, proprietary encryption for security devices, and engineered the strategic pivot to widget-based streaming for Silicon Valley technology companies.
In the enterprise and banking sectors, Pao served as a senior consultant to some of the Philippines’ largest banks, overseeing mobile banking delivery, compliance, and vendor qualification, and managing complex low-code middleware initiatives to unify disparate legacy systems. He also spearheaded multi-vendor delivery for a media conglomerate’s location-based digital platforms, integrating infrastructure, AI, and data.
Pao is a certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect, a Professional Scrum Master (PSM/SPS), and holds multiple OutSystems certifications across development, sales, and architecture.
Pao represents the next generation of technology leadership at Stratpoint. His lifelong learner mindset and deep understanding of our business make him well-positioned to lead our technology organization as we navigate the era of AI and agentic transformation.
