MANDALUYONG CITY, Philippines — Stratpoint Technologies earns the top spot in the Gender-Inclusive Workplace category at the 2026 Philippines Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Awards, presented by UN Women Philippines. The ceremony was held on October 28, 2026, recognizing Philippine companies with outstanding programs and policies advancing gender equality in the workplace.
The WEPs Awards, organized under the WEPs framework, recognize forward-thinking businesses driving meaningful change in gender equality across the workplace, marketplace, and community. The Gender-Inclusive Workplace category specifically honors organizations demonstrating measurable progress in creating equitable environments, from hiring and career development to employee representation and policy.
“Building an inclusive workplace is part of how we operate. This recognition from UN Women affirms that the culture we’ve been building is real and measurable, and it reinforces our responsibility to keep raising the standard.”
— Jacqui Binayan, Stratpoint HR Director
Stratpoint’s FastForwardHER initiative drives this commitment, encompassing a women’s leadership track (Stella Bootcamp), a mentorship accelerator (Stella Rising), all-female internship programs, and the Aurora Awards, the company’s own recognition for women shaping technology. A UN WEPs signatory since 2024, Stratpoint also graduated from the inaugural WEPs Corporate Action Lab Philippines in July 2026.
“Through programs like Stella Bootcamp and Stella Rising, we’re investing in women’s careers in a very deliberate way by building the skills, confidence, and networks that put them on a faster path to leadership. This recognition affirms that what we’re building inside FastForwardHER holds up to external standards, and that drives us to keep going.”
— Nicky Balderosa, Stratpoint Learning & Development Manager
Beyond this year’s recognition and current initiatives, Stratpoint is committed to continuing FastForwardHER programs. Following the success of its first all-female internship program, Stratpoint will run another cohort in January 2027, as part of its continued commitment to growing women in tech.
As a national awardee, Stratpoint is automatically shortlisted for the 2026 Asia-Pacific WEPs Awards, with the regional ceremony scheduled for December 2026.
